Large garden (shared with owners) plus summerhouse and BBQ adjoins the cottage to the south. Ample locked parking in space arranged 50 yards away.

Upstairs: Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room with tumble drier, hi-fi, french windows and views over gardens to the sea; second double Bedroom with 5ft bed and 2ft 6in bed; en suite shower bathroom.
